These general terms and conditions of sale govern the relationship between Craftille, hereinafter referred to as "The Company", and any person wishing to purchase goods through the website www.craftille.com, hereinafter referred to as "The Customer".
They apply without restriction or reservation to all sales of products and, where applicable, services offered by the Company on its website. www.craftille.com hereinafter referred to as "the Site".
The Client acknowledges having read and accepted them without reservation.
The Company reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale. The applicable terms and conditions are those in effect on the date the order is placed by the Customer.
The Customer declares to be a natural person, at least 18 years of age, and to have legal capacity. When registering their personal data in the “my account” section of the Website, the Customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data they provide, particularly with regard to their delivery address.
The products offered for sale are those described as accurately as possible, in words and photos on the Site.
The Company takes great care in the presentation and description of its products. However, minor errors (particularly regarding colors) may appear on the Site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.
In the event of non-conformity of the delivered product with its description on the Site, the Customer may exercise their right of withdrawal.

In the event of a problem, the Company undertakes to do everything possible to restore access to the Site as quickly as possible. Interruption of this access will not give rise to any compensation.
Orders placed on the Site are subject to compliance with the procedure established by the Company. The Customer must follow the sequence of steps provided by the Site to validate their order. Before definitively validating their order, the Customer has the opportunity to review its details and total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it to express their acceptance. The Company will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or incident relating to the payment of a previous order.
A confirmation email summarizing the order and including the invoice as an attachment will be sent by the Company to the Client.

Product prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes but excluding delivery charges (shipping + packaging).

The Company reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to availability.
Products are payable in full on the day the order is placed.
Purchases are paid for by credit card. The customer accesses a dedicated 3D Secure payment area. 3D Secure ensures the security and recording of the payment order.
The Company cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent use of a bank card.
It is the Client's responsibility to save and print their payment certificate if they wish to retain the bank details relating to their transaction.
Deliveries can be made in mainland France, in the French overseas departments and territories, and in the European Union, at different rates depending on the destination.
The delivery address is provided by the Customer. The Company cannot be held liable for any errors in the address provided. Deliveries are made by the postal service. Delivery times are estimates based on average processing and delivery times. The Company cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from a delivery delay.
To ensure timely delivery, the customer must provide accurate and complete delivery address information. The Company reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees if products need to be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
The customer assumes all risks associated with damage to the envelope or package during transport. In the event of damage during transport, a complaint must be filed with the postal service within three days of delivery.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to return the ordered product at their own expense and obtain a refund, without having to provide a reason for this cancellation. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

The Customer will be reimbursed the corresponding amount within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return.
In the event of a defective product, it will be replaced with an identical product, subject to availability, or with a similar equivalent product. Alternatively, a refund may be issued if the customer prefers. The return must be authorized in advance by email from the Company to the Customer, who will then provide a prepaid Colissimo return label. The return must be made within 14 days of the Company's authorization. Return shipping costs are covered by the Company.
In the event of an incomplete kit due to a preparation error, it will be completed upon simple request by the Client to the Company via email. The Company will then resend the missing items at its own expense.
