1. Are all the kits created by Craftille?

Yes, most of our knitting and crochet kits are fully imagined and designed in-house by Craftille. We also offer a curated selection of DMC embroidery kits, chosen for their quality and aesthetic, to complement our range.

2. Can I sell the items I make from Craftille kits?

Yes, you are absolutely welcome to sell your finished pieces.
We simply ask that you mention “Design Craftille” when selling any item created from one of our patterns.

However, it is strictly forbidden to sell or redistribute Craftille patterns, tutorials, videos, or educational content — even partially.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Every kit is assembled by hand. We aim to ship your order within 4 to 6 business days.

Please note that during busy periods (holidays, launches, promotions), this may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to send your parcel as quickly as possible.

4. Will you be releasing new kits?

Yes! We are currently working on a wide collection of new kits for 2026, and we can’t wait to share them with you.
New ideas, new textures, new colours… the adventure is just beginning!

Yes! Our patterns are available in French and English, and soon in Spanish, to make them accessible to as many makers as possible.

7. Can I gift a Craftille kit?

Absolutely! All of our kits make wonderful gifts. A “gift message” option will be available soon on the shop.

8. Do you offer video tutorials?

Yes! All Craftille kits include exclusive instructional videos, accessible only to customers who have purchased the corresponding kit. These videos guide you step-by-step through your project, from the first loop to the final finish.

We also share free educational content on our social media accounts - tips, techniques, and mini tutorials to support your creative journey.

And we’re currently working on launching our YouTube channel, where you’ll soon find free content to inspire you, help you progress, and enjoy your crafting moments even more.

9. Are the kits suitable for beginners?

Yes! Our two launch kits - the Cosy Cowl Knitting Kit and the My Crochet Essentials Kit - are perfectly suited for beginners.
They are designed to guide you step-by-step, with clear explanations and exclusive video tutorials accessible to kit purchasers.

More intermediate and advanced kits are on the way to accompany you as your skills grow.
